1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or participating in any services offered by Golden Hour Lactation LLC, including The Golden Hour Method™, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and any applicable Coaching Agreement.

2. Services

Golden Hour Lactation LLC provides educational services, coaching, and digital resources related to pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum recovery, newborn care, and infant feeding.

Our services are intended for educational purposes only and do not establish a provider-patient relationship or replace medical care from your physician, midwife, or other qualified healthcare provider.

3. Payment

Payment is due according to the payment option selected during enrollment.

Payment plans must remain current to continue participation in the program.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of coaching services and immediate access to digital resources, all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

5. Scheduling & Attendance

Clients are responsible for scheduling coaching sessions within the recommended timeline.

Unused coaching sessions may be forfeited if they cannot reasonably be completed by one month postpartum due to client scheduling delays or missed appointments.

6. Intellectual Property

All videos, worksheets, guides, handouts, downloads, and educational materials remain the intellectual property of Golden Hour Lactation LLC.

These materials are provided for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, reproduced, distributed, or sold without written permission.

7. Privacy

Client information will be kept confidential except as required by law or as authorized by the client.

8. Limitation of Liability

Golden Hour Lactation LLC is not liable for medical decisions made by clients or their healthcare providers.

Clients are encouraged to seek individualized medical advice from their licensed healthcare providers regarding any medical concerns.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
